Ohio School Test Scores Released
There’s good news and bad news in the latest rankings of Ohio’s schoolchildren. Data released Tuesday show overall student achievement returned to a 10-year high last year and that more schools and districts were rated effective or higher.

State Approves Grants For Local Communities

Pike Sanitation worker struck, killed by vehicle
A Pike Sanitation worker who lived in Chillicothe was killed Tuesday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle on Ohio 41 near Ohio 32 in Adams County’s Meigs Township.
