Moman trial postponed

Arthur Moman, charged in the stabbing death of Ricky Francis, will remain in the Adams County Detention Center on $500,000 bond, until a new date is set for his trial. The trial, originally scheduled to begin on Dec. 7, was postponed after Moman filed a motion with the Adams County Court of Common Pleas to remove his attorney citing “ineffective assistance of counsel.”
